Ranks of the Order
The Grand Knight is the sole authority for awarding the various ranks of the Order of Saint George the Great Martyr. The ranks of the Order can be granted by the Grand Knight at any time regardless of position. Ranks are not awarded freely but are rather earned through hard meritorious work and dedication to the Holy Orthodox Church and to the goals and objectives of the Order.
The Holy Orthodox Order of Saint George the Great Martyr has five grades of ranks separate from that of the Grand Knight. These grades are from lowest to highest:
